Ensure clinical operations and practice are consistent with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with practice management providing support for operational projects such as quality committees, quality oncology practice initiative site assessments, advancing care information, the Oncology Care Model (OCM) and other projects as assigned.
Facilitate implementation of standardized best practices within the organization.
Demonstrate and advocate for consistent practice standards as well as community standards of care.
Demonstrate working knowledge of applicable labor laws and schedules while coordinating employee staffing including PTO, leave and overtime.
Incorporate clinical evidence into existing and newly developed standards.
Assess staffing levels, patient flow and manager practices in the clinical setting.
Assist in the development of company-wide clinical competency testing and skills validation programs.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or the ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
Leadership experience with direct reports
