In compliance with applicable State regulatory authorities, vaccination for COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) is mandatory for all MSK staff who do not work 100% remotely (including new hires ). Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 Exceptions from the COVID-19 vaccine requirement are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical, religious, or fully remote exemption. Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved medical exemption is required to start work.

Fellowship Overview:This is a 12-month post-graduate accredited training program for NPs and PAs who wish to transition into oncology-based care. The fellowship provides support and training during the transition to practice period, allowing fellows to build confidence and knowledge in clinical sub-specialties.
The program is open to newly graduated APPs, as well as those with prior experience as an APP. The fellowship is especially well-suited for those looking to gain specialty exposure to oncology and those eager for an immersive learning experience.

General requirements:
- Have current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) licenses or a Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner NP, and/or Physician Assisant PA program in the United States
- BLS, ACLS, DEA and any additional certifications/credentialing requirements
