Providence Connections Palliative Care seeks a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join their inpatient team. This well-established, trans-disciplinary team provides a coordinated program to patients and their families for the management of chronic conditions or serious, life-limiting illness. The ideal candidate must have previous palliative care experience.
