The Behavioral Health Services (BHS) nurse shall provide services to patients with acute and/or chronic behavioral health and medical conditions. Previous behavioral health nursing is required; acute and outpatient BHS experience, knowledge of Recovery Model Principles, case management, and/or long-term care experience is also preferred. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
