The Sleep Medicine physician is responsible for the medical care provided to Veterans with Sleep Disorders at VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHCS). Incumbent assists the medical service and other services with diagnostic, management, and care of Veterans with sleep disorders as well as educating families focusing on Veterans health issues. The incumbent will also be responsible for Sleep Clinic, working with, but not limited to other subspecialties in Medicine HCG. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
