Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing
Job Description We are looking for a highly qualified and career-minded Registered Nurse to work in our 57 bed skilled nursing center. This is a Part Time Days position and incumbents are required to work every other weekend. Must also be willing to float to our Assisted Living unit.Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
