Sacred Heart Children?s Hospital is seeking a board certified pediatrician to join the Perinatal and Pediatric Palliative Care Team. This team provides comprehensive and coordinated palliative care services for children in a consultative model, in collaboration with specialty and community providers. We complete perinatal consultations in collaboration with the maternal fetal medicine physicians in the High Risk Pregnancy Center and follow patients through their young adult years while assisting with transition to adult medical care services. Consultations are completed in inpatient and outpatient setting with a rapidly growing outpatient service.
