Registered Nurse - Assistant Nurse Manager 3K Medical Stepdown- Evenings
The 3K Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a Registered Nurse (RN) who is responsible for inpatient operations for 28-bed acute inpatient medicine stepdown ward. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, the ANM functions as a supervisor providing oversight for the administration of leave, counseling, disciplinary actions, training, and evaluation of the unit. The ANM is responsible for contributing to the establishment and implementation of evidence-based best practices in nursing care. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English.
