The Registered Nurse-Nurse Educator is responsible and accountable for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating educational programs. The Nurse Educator's professional practice is characterized by leadership and accomplishment in developing and implementing programs to improve staff competency in the delivery of patient-centered care, establishing relationships with professional and/or health related groups within ECHCS, other VAs, and the community.
