The Registered Nurse Coordinator provides leadership in the coordination of oversight of Veteran receiving care to maintain or improve health, functional status and quality of life, as well as coping ability of the Veterans' caregivers in our Non-Institutional Care and Community Nursing Homes. This position reports to the Nurse Manager for Home and Community Care. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
