 Atlantic Health System is seeking a part time Patient Care Technician for the IMCU Unit at Chilton Medical Center to work 7AM -7PM, including every other weekend. 

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Performs patient hygiene and comfort functions to patients.
• Responds to patients and family in a courteous and positive manner.
• Answer call lights promptly. Performs duties as necessary to support the needs of the patient, family and organization.

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum Experience:

• 6 months prior health-care experience with patient care experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• Current HCP, BLS preferred

Qualifications:

• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the Care Center. 
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
