Respiratory Care Practitioner, Part Time
The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible and accountable for the respiratory management, treatment, control and care of patients with respiratory deficiencies in Home Health and Hospice.  Will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care in the adult and geriatric patient population.   Possess the ability to assess data reflective of patient status and interpret the appropriate information to identify a patient's respiratory care requirements.  Therapist will implement and follow the patient’s plan of care as ordered by the patient’s physician.  Therapist will collaborate with the Home Health interdisciplinary team to ensure improvements in  independence and self-management, quality of life, and decreased rehospitalizations in patients with respiratory disease.  C
