As the TTP-RN you will work closely with the TTP-RN Coordinator on a 12-month standardized curriculum using didactic designed to assist in the transition from entry-level novice to competent professional nurse. You will use fundamental knowledge-based care to assigned patients while developing technical competencies. **The Transition to Practice residency is a 12-month program, targeted at placing the selectee in a permanent hard to fill position at the conclusion of the residency.** Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
