The Primary Care Provider functions as a member of a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), collaborating with clinical and administrative support to provide timely, quality, coordinated care for Veterans. The Provider is expected to practice in accordance with professional standards, core values, and with a commitment to service excellence. The primary focus of practice is the independent clinical evaluation and treatment of Veterans. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
