The HBPC NM will have experience with policy and procedure development, quality improvement initiatives, accreditation activities, staff management, orientation and competency processes, and computer literacy. The position requires the ability to provide direct patient care as needed to support the delivery of high quality, timely, safe, and appropriate care and may require duty time on off-tours, including weekends.
