Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced, results-driven Executive Director for an upscale Independent Living community in Sante Fe, NM. This community is beautiful and new enough to still have that "new car smell". Unfortunately the current ED had to resign due to family reasons, but but is leaving on great terms.
As Executive Director You will:
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of a community consisting of approximately 150 units of IL (Independent Living)
Operate the community in a manner that will ensure company profitability while focusing on resident satisfaction
Create positive resident and employee relationships
Increase the census by supporting your sales team and getting entrenched in the greater Sante Fe community
Bring leadership and stability to the team
Brand promotion and Community outreach within the neighboring towns to network and promote the facility
Ability to develop and execute creative and strategic operational plans that result in meeting the community's goals
