All American Assisted Living will be opening an enhanced Assisted Living Residence with Memory Care Community, located in Coram, New York. We are currently accepting applications and interviewing for an experienced Executive Director to assist with coordination of the opening and oversight of our Community.

The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the implementation of policies, programs and the day-to-day operations of the Community. The ED ensures compliance with all laws and regulations of governmental and accrediting agencies. The ED monitors and evaluates staff performance of the community, ensuring our consistently high standards are met. You will recommend, develop and implement strategies required to improve standards of care required to exceed regulatory compliance and customer expectations. The ED is the leader in implementation of Community budgets, meeting census goals, staffing, evaluating equipment needs and daily operations.

Assisted Living/Memory Care Administrative experience - 5 years.
Compliance/knowledge of State Licensing Requirements, policies and procedures.
