The Sales Associate is responsible for lead generation activities that result in viable sales opportunities.
Directly responsible for the lead generation goals and lead generation key performance indicators within designated regions; achieves lead generation goals
Generate new sales opportunities through a combination of cold calling, phone, social, e-mail, conferences, andnetworking
Effectively uses the MMP Value Proposition to capture viable leads
Develops initial relationships with prospects to craft a viable lead
Establishes appointments for Sales
Ensures a seamless handoff between lead generation and onsite/zoom appointment
Tracks lead opportunities resulting from marketing campaigns
Partners with Business Development Director to take action on the follow-up opportunity
Regularly collaborating and communicating with the team on overall effectiveness
Consistently and effectively utilizes the customer relationship management system and available marketing and sales effectiveness tools and resources
Actively participates in pipeline reviews and discussions
Maintains an ongoing knowledge of competitive threats and regularly shares this information with others
Assists with the documentation and follow-up activities for Trade Shows, Conventions, and other industry programs
Collaborate and participate in professional and social events, meetings, conferences or anyother company sponsored or supportedevent
Establishes MMP as an industry thoughtleader
Manage expenses in accordance to companyguidelines

Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in communications, marketing, business orsimilar

Demonstrate good presentation skills and excellent negotiationskills
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, andAdobe
Must possess a valid and current driver’s license and a personal vehiclesufficiently reliable to meet the requirements of the job and is appropriatelyinsured
