We are looking for an outstanding individual who oversees the day to day operations of the community. The GM/Residence Director is responsible for coordinating activities of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment and dining services departments.
The individual we select must have demonstrated success in a leadership role within a hospitality, healthcare, senior living, independent living, or similar community including exceeding financial and operational goals.
Other requirements for the position include, but are not limited to:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with budgeting and scheduling Experience leading a multi-disciplined team Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
