This position provides a mixture of direct-service to clients and supervision duties to part-time and full-time staff by supervising a team of medical professionals, including registered nurses, advanced practice nurses, and occupational therapists. Team provides basic health screenings, comprehensive assessment, evaluation, education and case management, medication monitoring, and skill-building services in hospital and nursing home centers, in-home, and in community-based settings. Provide program orientation, monitor staff documentation, maintain supervisory administration, and lead team meetings.
Must have current RN with Illinois license.
Bachelors in Nursing required
Preferred 2 years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness and/or adults with other complex physical health and mobility needs
1 year of experience providing administrative and clinical supervision
