We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse Admissions Coordinator to support the Inova Loudoun Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Leesburg, Virginia. Qualified candidates are eligible to receive a $1,500 sign on bonus!

The job duties for this position include:
Maintains operational system by organizing, supervising, and monitoring admission process.
Obtains pertinent and accurate information during computer, telephone, and face-to-face screenings and when taking an admission referral.
Conducts initial screenings and reviews referrals to assess an individual's needs
Determines from an individual's report the current level of functioning and makes a recommendation for admission to the appropriate level of care
Makes appropriate referrals to community resources of patients not meeting LNRC admission criteria
Coordinates admission process planning.
Participates in facility leadership
