We currently seek an experienced Administrator for our Residential Health Care Facility (RHCF), located in Norwich, NY In this role, you will administer the RHCF in a manner that enables it to use its resources effectively and efficiently to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Responsibilities include setting the example for all staff members, consultants and others affiliated with the facility; emphasizing the importance of a resident’s right to independence regarding all aspects of institutional life, and encouraging residents to participate together with staff in resolving conflicts and problems which frequently arise in a group residential setting.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Home Administration or Health Care
At least two years’ experience in Health Care; preferably Long-Term Care preferred.
New York State Nursing Home Administrator required.
