We are searching for a VP of Clinical Services to assist in our passion of providing quality care for seniors. In this role, you will be able to provide meaningful leadership that will make a difference in the lives of all residents, their families, and many of our associates.
In this role you will be able to accomplish the following:
Ensure all federal and state regulations are followed and the highest standards of care are upheld
Continual evaluation and development of all clinical policies, procedures, and programming
Report on effectiveness of all clinical initiatives
Strive to maintain industry leading memory care programming and services; evaluate new techniques and/or products to determine if implementation is beneficial
Conduct site visits in conjunction with Regional Health Care Directors and develop site level evaluation tools to better assist communities’ efforts to provide the highest quality of care
Coach and develop nursing talent within the organization
Participate in all regulatory surveys and work with communities to eliminate deficiencies
Evaluate and recommend technologies and/or vendor partnerships to increase the wellbeing of our residents
Develop and maintain compliance standards in coordination with COO and Operations team
Work with Associate Advancement & Education team to ensure all training and development is effective and followed

To be considered for this role you must be an individual who has a nursing background in the senior living industry, has previous corporate clinical oversight experience, and the ability to learn multiple regulatory standards across multiple regions/states.
Other requirements include:
Prefer prior experience in nursing facility with experience supervising direct care staff
Experience with quality management improvement, familiar with state regulatory requirements, problem solving, staff development skills, coaching and health care services
Require prior experience as a Regional Nurse or similar for at least 5 years with oversight of multiple locations
Previous policy and procedure development required
