Ensign Services, Inc. seeks an energetic and dynamic RN Clinical Compliance Partner with experience in the assisted living environment to be part of its Compliance Team. The right individual will be committed to providing the superior service levels that ESI’s field professionals and clients need and expect.
Performs clinical systems compliance audits in our Assisted Living facilities located in Wisconsin, Texas, California, Arizona, Washington and Nevada.
Analyzes audit data to assist operations to develop a corrective action plan for the clinical audits
Conducts internal investigations involving general compliance and clinical issues under the direction of the Associate Compliance Partner and/or Chief Compliance Officer
Travel required 50% of the time
Schedule: Typically business hours but may vary depending on workload and travel needs - 40 hrs/week Location: Based out of home office and regularly travels to assigned facilities; must reside near a major airport preferably in WI.
RN in good standing that includes multi-state privileges
Experience in the Assisted Living environment
Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the assisted living industry
Ability to work with all levels of management on potential compliance/regulatory issues
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Superior interpersonal communication skills
Strong written skills required to write and edit policies and procedures, compliance reports, and other communications
Works well independently in a home office environment on long term projects and as a member of an interdisciplinary team
Possesses and conveys high degree of credibility and integrity
Understands and accepts the unpredictable nature and needs of the compliance function in a large organization
Exhibits analytical skills and an understanding of operational processes
Experience in Home Care, Home Health, Hospice and/or Compliance is a plus
