Sunnyside Communities, a provider of premier life plan communities in Virginia with a 100+ year history, is seeking an Executive Director for its’ Summit Square community. Summit Square is a 5-star rated campus located in Waynesboro, Virginia, located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley.
Summit Square offers a carefree living experience for our residents with access to innovative programs and activities that appeal to a variety of lifestyles. The Summit Square campus features 80 customized patio homes and apartments, 20 Assisted Living units, 18 skilled nursing beds and a Memory Care House with 17 suites opening in 2019.

The ideal candidate will possess a “Servant Leadership” style of communicating and leading our campus community. Also required is five or more years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, Assisted Living or Executive Director of a comparable non-profit CCRC or other senior living organization. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in health administration, business administration or nursing administration and a Virginia Nursing Home Administrator’s license will be required.
