The Oakwood Lutheran Senior Ministries (OLSM) Board is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead OLSM into the next chapter of growth, collaboration and quality personal-centered services. OLSM is located in Madison, Wisconsin and plays a significant role in the area’s economy.
“People Thrive Here”. The mission of OLSM is to foster a community where adults 55 years and older lead lives of growth, happiness, health, and security. At the center of their longstanding mission are two non-profit Life Plan Communities (CCRC) located in Madison, Wisconsin. OLSM has been providing nationally-recognized housing, health care services and programming for seven decades. OLSM has grown to serve approximately 900 residents on 2 campuses (Prairie Ridge and University Woods) and employs nearly 750 people.
The exceptional CEO candidate will exhibit, embrace and champion the OLSM mission and its five core values: Compassion, Faith, Inclusion, Integrity, and Dedication. The ideal candidate’s required qualifications include graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or HealthCare related field, with a Master's degree preferred and ten years’ of senior management experience at a Life Plan Community (CCRC), related health care organization, or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate’s experience would include strategic planning leadership with strong interpersonal skills, and operational finance and insurance proficiencies. Also vital to this position is experience in project management, campus planning and project financing. The preferred candidate will be knowledgeable in all relevant areas of long-term care including Federal and State regulations. A licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing is preferred.
