Three Pillars Senior Living Communities meets the physical, social, and spiritual needs of all seniors on its 60-acre campus, nestled on the edge of the Kettle Moraine State Forest in Dousman with an additional Independent Living Community in Cecil, WI. Three Pillars Senior Living Communities was recently recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the best nursing homes for 2017-18. Of more than 15,000 skilled nursing facilities surveyed nationwide, Three Pillars ranked among the highest 15% to earn the “Top Performing” title.
Reporting to the President/CEO, the Administrator is accountable for the leadership and general operations of licensed facilities. (S)he will provide oversight of the full scope of resident care/services, ensuring state and federal survey compliance, positive employee relations, and implementation of Three Pillars programs and philosophy at the Dousman campus.
The Administrator will oversee the functions of the skilled nursing facility, memory care CBRF, skilled nursing dining services and social work services and maintain Three Pillars’ culture of respect and responsiveness, thereby ensuring the organization’s image remains highly regarded both internally and externally.
The finalist must possess a current, unencumbered Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator’s license or be eligible to attain quickly through testing or reciprocity, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in health care administration or related field required, and a minimum of five years’ progressive leadership experience in the role of Nursing Home Administrator, preferably in a CCRC environment.
