The Presbyterian Homes, Inc., a nationally recognized, multi-site, not-for-profit organization is seeking a Manager of Compliance and Risk at its Management Services Office in High Point, NC. The Presbyterian Homes, Inc. manages and operates faith based Continuing Care Retirement Communities in Laurinburg, Cary, High Point, and Greensboro, NC. The Manager of Compliance and Risk liaisons with external strategic partners and plans, directs, and coordinates compliance, risk, safety, and insurance programs of the organization and serves as the Corporate Compliance Official and the Corporate Risk Manager. The Manager of Compliance and Risk develops and conducts compliance and risk training programs for employees of the organization. The position reports to the Director of Health Services and Informatics and works closely with the VP of Operations, VP of Human Resources, and community Directors.

Qualified candidates should possess:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training in a healthcare setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference to experiences as a Registered Nurse.
Proven track record showing; self-motivation, accomplishment directed, excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and ability to work independently.
Ability to travel to all of our communities noted above as well as state and national workshops.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a mission driven team player interested in supporting the needs of both coworkers and residents.
