This newly created Director of Program Content position in Alexandria, VA seeks a candidate who can grow into creation, management and implementation of a broad range of education programs. The position is responsible for overall development, delivery, administration and supervision of all Argentum education programs provided to owner operator members and industry partner members. These events include but are not limited to: Annual meeting and trade show with 3000 attendees and 300 trade show exhibitors. Included in the annual meeting will be targeted events for executive directors, women’s leadership and CEO programming among others; a Fall Symposium with 200-300 attendees that will continue to grow over the next few years; an annual Chief Executive Summit for C-Suite attendees; regional and state programs; and education and training programs for senior living executive directors. The position will be responsible for the development of all program content for these events, based on key industry issues and with input from a Board Conference Planning Committee and other stakeholders. Specific responsibilities include: curriculum strategic planning, overview and evaluation for multiple programs; manage the planning, administration and event content for all Argentum meetings, including design and development of the overall events, content development, speaker recruitment; manage event budgets; and collaborate with other Argentum team members.
