The responsibilities will be managing and implementing the Community Health Choices Evaluation in-home validations and nursing home surveys. This includes managing and supervising all evaluation field interviewers. The field coordinator will be in the field conducting interviews and will be responsible for uploading data files, scheduling and facilitating all evaluation interview meetings, and preparing meeting agendas and notes. The coordinator will also assist in hiring field interviewers and in providing training for new in-home validators, updating data collection protocols, and assisting in all aspects of field coordination activities. The candidate must understand study protocol and regulatory requirements, and must ensure that the entire team follows the pre-established work scope.
This position requires traveling to the study site, interaction with staff, and some on-site observation of meetings.
