ThedaCare, Inc., an integrated healthcare system in northeastern Wisconsin, seeks a board certified Palliative Care Physician Leader to provide strategic leadership toward the development of a superior Palliative Care and Senior Care Program. This position will collaborate with our system’s primary care physicians and specialists, as well as the interdisciplinary team to ensure patients and families receive high quality supportive care. Additionally, this position will strengthen the integration of advanced care planning, senior care, hospice and palliative care services throughout the continuum of care.
Board certified or board eligible in Palliative Care Medicine
Experience in Geriatrics, Managed Care or Senior Care preferred
2-3 years of leadership experience in Healthcare Administration, Palliative Care or Senior Care preferred
May serve as a medical resource for hospice teams
