Experience: Two years of general management in long-term care or related field. A successful track record indicating a working knowledge of regulations relating to managing an assisted living community.Supervisory Experience: One year of experience supervising others to include: setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc. Other:Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance. Ability to read, write and speak English. Must be comfortable working in an environment with pets and assisting in the care of community pets, including, but not limited to, dogs, cats, and birds. Willing to demonstrate passion and ability to work with people with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related disease. Summary of Major Functions: Provides direction to all community staff and has responsibility for all community operations through key personnel. Promotes effective team-building and communication with Associates and across Silverado Senior Living service lines. Administrator is precluded from delegating duties to anyone who is not a designated substitute.
