Providence is calling an Evening Clinical Manager to support our Seattle office location. You will be working closely with the hospice clinical team, providing staff supervision to our triage and visit nurses.
The schedule for this position is 3:30pm-midnight, with occasional flexing to days for meetings and nights/weekends for supervising.

Additional responsibilities include:
Identifying 'best practices' for care
Ensuring regulatory compliance for assigned staff
Participating indevelopment of policies and procedures to ensure compliance in accordance withstandard hospice procedures, Medicare Conditions of Participation and otherregulatory agencies.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Diploma or degree in Nursing
Current professional licensure in Washington State
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
Current driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle
Three (3) years clinical experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience in hospice setting
Experience supervising staff
