Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Brooke Grove Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as the MDS Supervisor for the facility. The MDS Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the MDS team and is responsible for implementing and maintaining strategies to accurately assess the care being provided to residents. The MDS Supervisor will work along with the MDS team and will work with other key members of the facility to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care facility and rehabilitative services along with MDS training and/or certification. Supervisory experience is also preferred and the candidate must possess excellent communication skills and active listening skills. This is a salaried position.
