Tarantino Properties is seeking an Executive Director/Administrator for their Assisted Living Community located in Las Vegas, NV. Ideal candidate must have knowledgeable of Assisted Living operations and must be a Licensed Facility Administrator (RFA) for the State of Nevada.
•Oversee the overall day to day operations of an Independent and Assisted Living community while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and Tarantino Senior Living standards.
•Perform community readiness assessments, current state analysis and provide support to communities while working with Regional Director of Sales and Regional Director of Care Management.
•Provide ongoing support and coaching for Operations.
•Develop and maintains a solid understanding of Tarantino Senior Living Policies and Procedures
•Observe community performance analysis and to understand the need for optimization while motivating on-site staff to achieve Tarantino Senior Living standards
•Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing of quality associate
• Foster creativity among staff to deliver services that maintain and enhance resident stability, independence and satisfaction
•Develop and implement an annual business plan to maintain high occupancy and achieve financial goals
•Represent community to agencies, professional organizations, community groups, etc.
•3-5 years of related experience as an Executive Director at a Senior Living Community
•Active RFA License
•Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Applications, Senior Housing Yardi Voyager & Real Page
•Strong communication skills; oral, written, presentation and interpersonal
