This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales manager to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. In collaboration with the General Manager, you will develop program and departmental goals, implement sales strategies, and monitor and assess results. You will also provide direction to a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals/quotas identified in conjunction with the senior management team. In this role, you will train both team members and management about referral, intake and admissions processes.
What VITAS Will Ask of You An important aspect of this position is your ability to facilitate professional and clinical competence by reviewing VITAS sales rep account activities and using customer relationship management (CRM) software frequently to ensure sales force productivity and effectiveness. Your success will depend on the ability to network within the medical community, provide effective VX reporting, and recognize business trends to develop appropriate growth plans and sales strategies. You will also identify and attend relevant local business events to broaden the footprint of VITAS in the region.

Qualifications: • Qualified candidates must have prior sales/marketing experience. • Proven 2–5 years of sales management experience in a healthcare environment. • VITAS professional/management experience will be accepted in lieu of external healthcare management experience.
Education: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required
