Providence is calling a Regulatory Readiness Manager (Quality, Day Shift, Full-time) to Providence Senior and Community Services Divisional Services in Tukwila, Washington. Position Details: This is a full-time position with benefits (exempt), day shift.
In this position you will:
Facilitate organizational activities related to performance improvement and survey readiness promoting a culture of safety, improvement and continual survey readiness.
Coordinate external agency survey activity including CMS, DSHS, OIG, accreditation, etc. including but not limited to pre-survey, onsite and post-survey activities.
Share accountability with Skill Nursing Facilities Administrators and Directors of Nursing for survey readiness, action planning, and response for positive outcomes, education and continuous improvement.
Provide oversight for regulatory readiness requirements.
Not provide direct patient care functions in this position.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, speech pathology, occupational or physical therapy
Current license in Washington State (Registered Nurse (RN) license or above)
Project Management experience
Knowledge of regulatory agencies (Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services)
Experience and knowledge of Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care state and federal regulations
4 years leading state and federal surveys and/or accreditation readiness
Proficiency with MS office products
Ability to travel
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Director of Nursing, Regional Director of Clinical Operations (Regional Nurse), or DSHS Complaint Surveyor Experience
